Start with an ambassador
For an employee who wants to bring colleagues together, using Kolinko on their personal phones.
- Tell us about your workplace. Apply with your role, work email and the company name your colleagues use.
- Set up the community with us. We review the request and agree the company name, approved email domains and organisation it belongs to.
- Invite colleagues to join. Each person creates their own account with a personal email, verifies their work email and joins the approved work community.
- Let connections grow. Colleagues choose their interests, discover one another and decide who they want to meet.

Build a company-supported pilot
For a company that wants to support employee connection as a workplace initiative.
- Share your goals. Tell us about your organisation, the people you want to involve and your deployment needs.
- Define the pilot together. Agree the participating companies and approved domains, and nominate organisation administrators.
- Invite employees to take part. Employees use a personal email for their account and verify their work email. Plan corporate-device distribution with your IT team where needed.
- Manage the community. Authorised administrators manage membership and access within their organisation as the pilot develops.

Room to be yourself.
Your personal email is your account identity. Your verified work email links you to an approved company and organisation. Your company name appears on your profile so colleagues know where you work.
Work-email verification is renewed every 60 days. If it is not renewed, access is suspended. When someone changes employer, their old work-community access does not carry into the new company.
Participation and connection choices stay with each person. Users can permanently delete their account and data from the app.
